Another day of training at the Ciudad Deportiva. Sergio González's men trained from 10:30 am on the main pitch of the Cadista facilities to work towards the return from the national team break, as next Saturday 1 October at 14:00, the Cadista team will host Villarreal.
Tuesday's session had the ball as the main tool for practically the whole morning, although it required a high level of physical demand, as the exercises increased in intensity as they were carried out.
This Wednesday, the third session will take place from 10:30 am.
