The Cadista team began training on Monday in preparation for the third matchday of the EA Sports LIGA against UD Almeria. Sergio Gonzalez's team have carried out the first of the four sessions scheduled for the match against Almeria.
The first session of the week started with a distribution of the workload. Those players who played the most minutes against Barça went off to do some work on the sidelines in the gym, while the rest worked on the green in different exercises with and without the ball.
This Tuesday will be a rest day, returning to work on Wednesday at 10:00 am.
