Coach Sergio González spoke to the media at the end of the match against RC Celta. "We changed the structure to gain defensive solidity and have the initial strength to be able to attack when we had the opportunity. I think that in the first half we kept Celta at bay, we allowed them to do very little. We were solid, strong and more than correct. In the second half, when the striker came on we were scared, they started to connect with him. The second plays were no longer for us, they were for them and in that appearance of Aspas, with the 1-0, we have a glass jaw right now and we are very vulnerable. That goal, as it was also, with the rebound, hurt us, and in three or four minutes we were not able to react. We were about to make the changes, we didn't have time and that second goal killed us. I think it's true that the team took a step forward, especially in structure, in the first half, but right now we are far from what we want to be. There is little to say," he declared.

Self-criticism. "We are in a bad moment. We have started the season in a way we didn't want. It's time to adjust, to accept criticism, to understand that soccer has these things, but I have also told them that they have shown why they are in the First Division, it's been many years and they have to trust in themselves again to be able to get out of the situation. Right now we have the feeling of being smaller, of being afraid and that makes you not to play at your best level. The first thing we have to do is to touch their heads, put situations and images to make them see that they have been able to do it, that they have to do it and that they will do it again and hopefully we will shorten it as soon as possible because it will be the beginning of the road".

Confidence in the group. "I'm annoyed, as are the players. I do believe we can do it, I am convinced, and that's how I transmit it. From there, they are the ones who have to take a step forward. I am still convinced that we are going to turn it around. This has just begun, it is true that we have not started well. There is only one way forward, which is to work, give them enthusiasm and confidence. Show them situations where we have done well and where last year we were a very strong team. Hopefully we can reach that level."
