In 2004, he debuted as a coach with the youth sections of Villarreal CF, leading the Castellonese subsidiary as well as those of Valencia and Levante. In 2018, he made the leap to the top category as coach of Levante UD, where he remained for three seasons, coaching almost 150 matches.
In 2022, he signed as coach of Granada CF, successfully returning the Nazarí club to the top category, reaching 44 matches on the bench.
The new Cádiz coach will be presented next Tuesday in the press room of the stadium along with his coaching staff.
