Third day of training in this week of the national team break. Sergio González's team have been training since 10:30 am on the main pitch at the Ciudad Deportiva in preparation for the return of the national team break, after which the Yellows will host Villarreal CF on Saturday 1 October at 14:00.
This third session was quite physical. Exercises with the ball, but with a high demand to work on the physical aspect. The training session ended with a small-sided game.
The fourth and final session of the week will be held this Thursday at 10:30 am behind closed doors.
