Elite football will experience the first national team break next weekend in the first call-up of the 2022/2023 season.
A total of five Cádiz CF players have been called up by their respective national teams for the matches to be played during the week.
Brian Ocampo (Uruguay), Théo Bongonda (DR Congo), Santiago Arzamendia (Paraguay), Awer Mabil (Australia) and Víctor Chust (Spain U21) will join the ranks of the different national teams in the training camps.
Brian Ocampo will play against Iran and Canada in two friendlies in Austria; Bongonda will play against Burkina Faso and Sierra Leone in two friendlies in Morocco; Arzamendia will play against UAE and Morocco; Mabil will play two friendlies against New Zealand; and finally, Víctor Chust will play against Romania and Norway with the Spain U21 squad.
