Théo Bongonda signs for four seasons

Agreement with KRC Genk for the transfer of Belgian winger with Congolese nationality

Cadiz Football Club and KRC Genk have reached an agreement for the transfer of Théo Bongonda. The player, born on 20/11/1995 in Charleroi (Belgium), and who also has Congolese nationality, was formed in the JMG Academy before making the leap to the Belgian top flight, in 2013, with SV Zulte Waregem. A year later, he joined Celta Vigo, where he spent three seasons, making 77 appearances. After a loan spell with Turkish club Trabzonspor, he returned to his home country, where he has spent the last four seasons with KRC Genk.

The player has already undergone a medical examination and will be put under the orders of Sergio González this Saturday in the work session scheduled at the stadium.
