Cádiz Club de Fútbol held the Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting on Thursday 7 April at the stadium's facilities. A quorum of 99.09 per cent of the members of the Board of Directors were present.
All items put to the vote were approved by an absolute majority.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:42 a.m.
