The Standing Committee of the State Commission against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport (hereinafter, the Commission), at its meeting of 19 May 2022, has adopted the need for clubs for the next season to "implement additional security measures (...) promoting systems for verifying the identity of persons seeking access to sports venues with the implementation of ticket issuing and sales systems that allow the identity of ticket purchasers to be checked (...)".

This application will be mandatory for LaLiga Santander and LaLiga Smartbank clubs from the 2022/23 season with the following additional security measures:

1. Implementation of a system for issuing and selling nominative tickets online, directly by the corresponding club or through third parties, which allows the identification of the purchaser and the final recipients of the tickets in the event that more than one ticket is purchased.

2. The activation by the clubs, when they act as venues, of systems of verification of the identity of the bearer of the tickets that are nominative for security reasons, and in particular those of the away zone, the supporters' stand and the tickets purchased via the internet, which allow the correspondence with the holder to be accredited by means of the exhibition of personal documentation or, where appropriate, by means of other mechanisms already provided for in the applicable regulations".
