Cadista coach, Paco López, appeared at the press conference prior to matchday 12 against Real Oviedo: “The short time between games is something we already knew. The team is ready for tomorrow. We have no time for regrets. I didn't know there was a fuss about yesterday's training session. Yesterday's training session was planned if Eibar didn't let us train there, but we trained after the match in Eibar, we arrived at two o'clock in the afternoon and it was logical not to train”.
Dynamics. “It is clear to no one that the situation is not good. On a personal level, I deal with difficult situations as I have done throughout my career. I suffer because I know there are many people who are suffering. We have to focus on the fact that these are dynamics and that we have to change them as soon as possible. We have to think that we are capable of doing it”.
Set pieces. “We are having good set pieces, but we are not being successful. The other day, for example, we lacked conviction, the faith? to be much more aggressive to be able to finish”.
Players. “They're fucked up, hurt, because of the situation, but most of them have been in soccer for a long time. We're lacking in goals and it's not easy. They're fucked up, but they're eager to turn the situation around”.
Rival. “They are one of the best teams with the ball, one of the teams with the most possession in La Liga. They also have a player, no matter how old he is, who makes the difference: Santi Cazorla. They are a very good team, well trained”.
