Player Jorge Meré suffered a knee injury during Tuesday's training session, as a result of an accidental twist with poor support, resulting in a sprain.
Further tests conducted by the medical team diagnosed a torn cruciate ligament. The injury will require surgery, forcing him to be sidelined for the remainder of the season.
