José Mata, manager of the Cádiz CF Foundation and deputy to the presidency, presented an official Cádiz CF shirt to the author and preacher of the Cádiz Carnival this year 2023, Joaquín Quiñones.
The Cadista entity wanted to pay homage to one of the best authors in the history of the Cadiz carnival, composing his songs since the 80s.
