The midfielder from Madrid spoke to the club's media after the match against Mallorca. "We knew it was an important match. In the Elche match we missed the victory and the other day against Sevilla we were not good. Then we knew it was a unique opportunity to get out of relegation zone and I think the team has shown from minute one to 90. We have seen a tremendous communion with the fans and today is a day to enjoy Cadismo."

Way forward. "In the end, when you finish the first round out of relegation, it strengthens us, after so many problems with the start of the league and things that have happened during the season. This strengthens us, above all, the players, the staff, the coaching staff and our people, who are the ones who suffer the most away from home. This is the line to follow."

Happy to play in our temple. "When we need the fans the most, they are always there. The communion we have with these fans is unique, this is a special place to play soccer and whoever is not lucky enough to play soccer here will miss something important."
