Cádiz CF played the previously postponed LALIGA EASPORTS J13 against RCD Mallorca away from home. The Cadista team lined up with: David Gil; Iza, Fali, Momo, Javi Hdez; Alejo, Álex, Rubén Alcaraz, Darwin; Roger Martí and Maxi Gómez.
The match was played at a high intensity throughout the 90 minutes, due to all that was at stake. In the 11th minute of the match, Rubén Alcaraz scored a beautifully crafted goal with a free kick that hit the crossbar and went down to make the score 0-1. 24.4 metres is the exact distance the ball was from the goal line. The first half was very even, except in the final stretch when Mallorca pressed. In the 40th minute, David Gil saved Darder's goal with a great intervention. Later, in the 45th minute, he could do nothing against a header from Abdón Prats, which was enough to make the score 1-1. The game went into the break with a very clear chance for Cádiz with a shot by Álex from inside the area that went just wide of the left-hand post.
The second half remained even and intense, but chances were few and far between in both areas. Javi Hernández tried from inside the Cadista half with a long-range free-kick, putting the home goalkeeper in trouble. David Gil denied the home side's goal by getting a hand to a cross. He also intervened in the last play of the game to clear a shot from in front of goal. That was the end of the game.
