The Cádiz Artistry campaign is once again promoting the importance of the artistic expression of the region, with special matchday posters. On Thursday, the mayor of the town of El Puerto de Santa María was handed a copy of the artwork for this weekend’s home game, with the main image being local writer and poet, Rafael Alberti.
José Mata, deputy to the president and manager of the CCF Foundation, welcomed Germán Beardo, mayor of the neighbouring town of El Puerto, who himself was accompanied by local sports counsellor, María Dolores Campos.
In addition to the poster, Germán Beardo was also presented with a personalised Cádiz shirt, printed especially for the occasion.
