Cádiz CF have reached an agreement with Pedro Alcalá Guirado with the player set to join the club as part of a two-year deal with a further third season as an option. The defender was born in Mazarrón, Murcia (19-03-89) and joins the club after spending the past five seasons with Girona. The 31-year-old plays in the centre of defence and stands out thanks to his towering height of 1.96m (6’5”).
Alcalá initially played for Málaga CF's youth set-up before spells with: Alcorcón, Marbella, Real Unión, Getafe B, Almería B, Real Murcia and Llagostera and has also been capped by Spain at U-17 and U-20 levels.
