After sealing LaLiga Santander survival, Cádiz CF have taken up their purchase option on goalkeeper Jeremías Conan Ledesma, who was on loan at the club from Rosario Central. The 28-year-old Argentine has signed a four-year contract at the Estadio Ramón de Carranza.
Having made his debut for Cádiz in the 1-0 win away to Athletic Club on LaLiga matchday four, Ledesma went on to make a total of 32 appearances this season, playing more minutes – 2,880 – than any other member of Álvaro Cervera’s squad.
