‘Pacha’ Espino offered his view at the end of the game on Tuesday evening against Real Valladolid. The Uruguayan player said: “After losing three games in a row, the main thing was to get something and even better without conceding. We made no mistakes today and have earned a point.”
“We need to get completely stuck in, the best we can - help up front and in defence. Whatever the game calls for at each given moment. It’s important to do what the game needs,” said the left back.
Espino also offered his thoughts on the year that’s about to end: “It’s been a good year from Cádiz and from this group, who deserve it. We need to keep fighting next year to stay up.”
