Cádiz CF and Alberto Cifuentes have reached an agreement for the goalkeeper to take up an institutional role within the club. Cifuentes will cede his shirt number after talks with the club, having recently made his debut in LaLiga Santander and he will remain involved with the first team.
Cifuentes arrived at Cádiz in 2015 and was the first-choice goalkeeper in the club's successful promotion campaigns into Segunda and Primera Division, playing a total of 209 times for our club and winning the 2017-2018 Zamora trophy in the second tier.
