Cádiz CF brings you another instalment of its ‘Cádiz Artistry’ campaign in which it highlights the importance of the city’s artistic expression on its matchday posters.
For matchday 3, Los Amarillos face Sevilla FC, and the figure of Rocío Jurado takes centre stage. The internationally-renowned singer from Cádiz, born in the town of Chipiona, had a successful career in the world of copla and flamenco, along with other genres, and became known as ‘La más grande’ (‘The Greatest’).
Cádiz CF is proud of the region’s contribution to the world of art and music and so, for another week, is promoting it with this initiative. As you may recall, for the LaLiga debut attention was focused on Lola Flores, from Jerez de la Frontera.
