The latest Cádiz CF match-poster as part of the campaign, ‘Cádiz de arte’ (‘Cádiz Artistry’) has been released. The club has been using its official matchday publicity to highlight and pay tribute to the region’s rich cultural tradition.

For the matchday 16 LaLiga game against Real Valladolid, the poster will feature Alejandro Sanz.  The singer was born in Madrid to his father from Algeciras and mother from Alcalá de los Gazúles. Sanz is an 'adopted son of Cádiz’ and proves that a Gaditano (native of the city) is 'born whenever he or she choses'.

Alejandro Sanz is an internationally famous singer/songwriter who has sold more than 25 million albums and has won 4 Grammy awards and 24 Grammys Latinos in a distinguished career.

Cádiz CF is hugely proud of its region’s artistic heritage and is delighted to continue the promotion as part of an initiative which so far this season has also seen match posters including the likes of Lola Flores, a Jerez de la Frontera native (matchday one); Chipiona-born singer Rocío Jurado (matchday three); flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucía (matchday 5); poet Rafael Alberti (matchday 7),  Manuel de Falla (matchday 10), guitarist Manolo Sanlúcar (matchday 12) and on the last instalment for matchday 14, Juan Luis Galiardo
