SPECIAL MEASURES FOR SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

COVID-19 health and safety protocols will be in place at the General Shareholders Meeting to be held on 26 December

SPECIAL COVID-19 MEASURES. CÁDIZ C.F., SAD, GENERAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

 

Taking into account the health measures and social distancing requirements in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which will affect the next General Shareholders Meeting, which is to be held, if required, in two sessions, first on 26 December and then on 28 December, if need be, and asking for the collaboration and responsibility of the shareholders who attend said meeting, the board of directors of Cádiz CF, S.A.D. have adopted the following measures aimed at avoiding any risk to health and with the overall goal of protecting the health of the attendees and the general population:

 

- Entry will be by way of the main entrance to the stadium, where the access control point will be located. Here a distance of 1.5m will be maintained between individuals at all times, indicated by points on the floor, and the formation of groups of people will be strictly avoided.

 

- At the access control point each shareholder will be assigned a seat. They will then proceed directly to the venue for the meeting, located in the anteroom of the ‘Palco de Honor’ of the Estadio Ramón de Carranza. The preferred access route will be by way of the stairs, with use of the lift being limited to one person.

 

- The organisation of the movement of people and the placement of the seats will guarantee safe distancing at all times.

 

- The venue will be constantly ventilated by way of natural airflow at all times.

 

- There will be two exit routes to the exterior of the stadium once the meeting has concluded.

 

- There will be support personnel to assist individuals in finding their assigned seats and to guarantee the health and safety measures adopted are adhered to.

 

- Hydroalcoholic hand washing gel will be available, located at various points throughout the facilities.

 

- The wearing of masks is obligatory.
