Cádiz Club de Fútbol and Luis Hernández have reached an agreement to sign him until 30 June 2023. Born in Madrid (14/04/1989), he came through the youth ranks at Real Madrid and Sporting de Gijón, making his debut for the Asturian first team in 2012. After a season at English club Leicester, he spent four seasons at Málaga CF, before signing for Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel in 2020, where he has remained until the resolution of his contract in the last few hours. He has more than 100 top flight appearances and more than 250 in professional football.
The central defender has already passed his medical and will start training tomorrow under the orders of Sergio González.
