The scorer of Cádiz CF's winning goal against Albacete Balompié, Chris Ramos, spoke to the club's official media at the conclusion of the match corresponding to the 19th round of LALIGA Hypermotion.
Victory. “We were very focused. We knew the importance of this match. There have been changes and they always bring new things. We have tried to put into practice the coach's idea today with our people. We had to win, no matter what, and fortunately we were able to get the victory”.
Style. “We have been working all week on the style of play, a little more direct to take advantage of the great players we have, especially in attack. Put a lot of balls into the box, play in the opponent's half and I think it worked out perfectly”.
Penalty. “I haven't taken many penalties in my life, but I'm good at them. I practice it, we rehearse it in training. I've taken five penalties this season and I hadn't taken any yet and I think it was the right time.”
Fans. “There's no need to say anything to the fans, they already support us. It's been a complicated season for everyone, we suffer the same as they do and we need their support like today because, if the team and the fans are all together, like when I used to come to the stadium, Cádiz will pull through because it's as if we were playing with one more player”.
